Terms of use

Last updated 6 September 2026. Plain English, because a term you cannot read is not one you agreed to.

1What Sí Listo is

Sí Listo plans itineraries. It suggests places to eat and things to do, works out roughly how long it takes to get between them, and lets your group change any of it together.

It is a planning tool. It is not a travel agent, a tour operator or a booking agent, and it does not sell anything. Nothing here is a package holiday, so the Package Travel Regulations do not apply to your use of this app — though they may well apply to things you go on to book elsewhere.

2Bookings, prices and suppliers

Where a card can be booked, we link to a supplier — currently Viator. We are an affiliate partner of that supplier, not the seller. We earn a commission when you book through our link, at no extra cost to you.

When you book, your contract is with the supplier and the operator of the activity. It is not with us, and we are not a party to it. Their terms, their cancellation policy and their refund rules are the ones that apply.

Prices shown in this app are a guide, not an offer or a quote. They are what the supplier told us at the moment we asked, for the date and party size on your plan. Suppliers change prices, availability and terms whenever they like, and the price on their checkout is the only one that counts. The same goes for whether something is available, whether it is refundable and what time it starts.

So: check the price, the date and the number of people on the supplier’s own page before you pay. We cannot be responsible for a price that changed after we showed it to you, for a booking made on the wrong date or for the wrong number of people, or for anything a supplier or operator does or fails to do. If something goes wrong with a booking, the supplier is who to take it up with — though tell us too, because we would like to know.

3Dietary and allergen information

Checking food against what your group can eat is the point of this app, and we treat it as a hard constraint rather than a filter. When you tell us about a dietary requirement, we do not put a restaurant on your plan that we could not check. If nothing in the area publishes enough for us to be sure, we leave that meal empty and say so, rather than offering you a name and leaving the work with you.

What checked means, precisely: we found the venue publishing that it caters for that requirement — an allergen menu, a stated policy — and the card shows what we found and links to where we found it. It does not mean anybody telephoned, and it cannot mean the kitchen will be the same one on the day you go. Menus change, chefs leave, and cross-contamination is a question only the venue can answer.

So every checked card also says to confirm when you book, and we mean it. We report what a venue published at a point in time; we do not inspect kitchens, we are not told when a menu changes, and we are not liable for what a venue serves you or for information a venue publishes and does not honour — subject always to the protections in section 4, which we do not limit and could not.

If you have a serious allergy or a medical dietary requirement, always confirm directly with the venue before you eat. This app helps you find candidates worth asking. It is not a substitute for asking.

4Your safety is yours

You decide what to do on your trip. Activities carry risks that vary with your health, your experience, the weather and the operator, and only you know whether something suits the people you are travelling with.

Before you do anything physical, at height, on or in water, or requiring a licence or prior experience, satisfy yourself that it is suitable and that the operator is reputable and properly insured. Follow their instructions and any local law. Check travel advice, entry requirements and your insurance. We suggest; you choose.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Those protections are yours and we are not trying to take them.

5Your account and your group

You need an account so you can come back to your trips and so everyone can see who changed what. Keep your password to yourself and use a real name your group will recognise.

Anyone with your share link can join a trip, and everyone on a trip can edit all of it — swap a card, remove a day, or delete the trip when they are the last one on it. That is deliberate, and it means only share the link with people you would trust with the plan.

Expenses and settling up are a shared notebook, not a payment service. We record what people say they paid. We do not move money and we do not verify any of it.

6What we do not promise

We build this carefully and we check what we can, but itineraries are generated and some of what they contain will be wrong. Opening hours change, venues close, and a plan is a starting point rather than a guarantee. Verify anything you are relying on.

We do not promise the service is always available or never loses anything, and we may change or stop features. Where something does go wrong that is our fault, our responsibility to you is limited to what is reasonable in the circumstances — but see section 4: there are things we cannot limit, and we are not trying to.

7Changes

We will update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top says when. If a change matters, we will tell you rather than quietly reposting the page.

Questions about any of this? Email hello@silisto.net and we will answer in the same plain English.
